Hi, Today I was scammed by LORIWILCOX2. Money taken out of bank today. I wrote SCAMMER on their 6 jewelry listings and I just noticed all my posts are gone and I saw all yours!!! Posh is going to delete yours too!!

I feel so dumb right now :( Im so sorry this happened to you too hun, money was taken out of my account as well, so what i did was go to @alwali page screenshot her " greek jewelry piece and screenshotted lori's greek jewelry piece sent it to poshmark explaining that they stole photos from that poshmark seller and selling them as hers... please do the same hun and hopefully we get our money back :( if you have any tips let me know, this is outrageous !!!

@hello2sunshine4 Im beyond upset, how do they get away with being thieves on here? another girl just messaged me on there and said she got scammed as well, i told her to come here and do what we are doing, do you think poshmark will do something? if they write me back Im going to link you to you being scammed hun and please do the same for me, I kind of spammed poshmark with 5 different messages because this is just not right to us loyal buyers. :(

I can't believe Greek necklace and 14k bracelet still does not have a SOLD on it!! I made offers on them and researched and found duplicate listings (like you) and hurried up and CANCELLED those two offers. Last night they accepted my $100 offer on the 18k carpet necklace. UGH!!

@hello2sunshine4 OMG! tonight I was reading that they say " shipped " once you get an empty envelope , the money gets released to them and their scam is done. :( if all 3 of us report them after the fact they did their deed , I hope poshmark can see something is up, otherwise our only choice is to contact our banks. Lord this is so wrong, my heart goes out to you especially right now around the holidays where people are struggling to make ends meet, we get scammed :(

@hello2sunshine4 wow, God was on your side!! thank God they didnt go through, I couldnt imagine that... usually i always go to their about and see their " joined " date and if its " new " I walk away but that slipped my mind and by the time i left them an offer , i forgot about it, they waited util an hour ago to accept my offer and I was shocked. Then I researched and I spazzed out and left them all those comments. I hope poshmark hears us out :(

@hello2sunshine4 woooow! that is not good news at all!!!!! so theyre siding with the seller , who in fact even blocked you, thats why you cant even leave a comment!!! :'( ... write them back and tell them you are not the only one and you have 2 more poshers who are scammed like you so hopefully they can understand better of this scammer!!!!!! that we are not lying!!!! I wish Alwali contacts poshmark and says that this person stole her photos as well, we'd have a stronger case .

@hello2sunshine4 YES!!! usually funds dont get released until we accept it ... Lord! so your intuition already told you what was going to happen with the empty envelope! i also read that we cant prove we didnt get the items because poshmark sides with sellers because of some buyers committing fraud saying they got empty envelopes :( just so they can get a refund. Im thinking of not even opening the damn envelope to be honest and let poshmark handle it, if we have to ship them to poshmark

@hello2sunshine4 nope it was them hun , yes send it in , they shouldnt get away with what theyre doing ... whatever you do, dont open the package, keep it originally sealed and ask poshmark to handle it, I just spammed them again with that too. I really do hope they can act quickly to do something about scammers. If you need anything hun, let me know, i'll be happy to be of help at all.

@cherine3 Your mind thinks just like mine in terms of getting scammed!! I am opening package because even if I didn't open it Posh could say I did and I could have resealed it. We shall keep in touch every step of the way! Says package 2as shipped at 5am from North Carolina and I live in Ocala, Florida. I should get it maybe by Saturday!

I told them exactly what has been happening but right now with how they responded I'm left speechless :(, let me know how yours go hun.

Im so heartbroken at these scams here :( im sorry hun.

@cherine3 Yes, I sent them pic with cardboard. I got scammed in deliveries twice yesterday. Said Brahmin bag was. delivered but it wasn't. Did further research and it was delivered to another city in a mailbox! I believe that was a scam too! Now that seller only has my listing showing. All others are gone on their page. Probably did it to others! Now who knows how long I have to wait to get my money!!!
