kathykat5 @euphoriasshop7 the buyer pays Postmark. When the tracking shows that the package was delivered, the buyer has 3 days to accept the order or dispute the order saying it wasn't as described. Once the buyer accepts the order, Postmark will release the funds to your balance. Open your balance and hit redeem funds. Postmark will transfer it to the bank account they have on file for you. Or you can choose for them to send you a check. That takes a week to 10 days
