geraszenklas16 @cherise1988 Hi! I saw you left a comment on your le labo purchase that it was fake. I was tempted a few times to order from that seller, but was not at ease to order from someone who has such large quantities of le labo. Was it really fake, I would love to know, so I can stay away from being tempted:) thanks!

cherise1988 @geraszenklas16 hi my dear, I am so happy you saw it. indeed it was. I live in la and always buy mine from the actual le labo store so I can tell fake from real. the thing that always gives it away is the cap test. if you hold it up in the air and the bottle falls off from it, it's definitely fake. his did that. and the scent didn't smell bad ,but it didn't finish with the same thé noir note.

cherise1988 @geraszenklas16 and i don't know how I missed it, but the label gave it away too ,because it always says where and who made your perfume in the first line, and after the date usually has an asterisk. but you know these scammers do one or two legit things to confuse people. I am just really glad someone saw it, so thank you for catching it. and yea you're right having that much le labo is strange too lol I always wondered.

geraszenklas16 @cherise1988 thanks so much! I know that some fakes can smell close to originals, but fail in the drydown and there are plenty of fakes. Does this cap test apply to smaller sizes, like 1/2 oz ones too? Thanks for getting back to me.

cherise1988 @geraszenklas16 no problem:) yea but play really close attention to the notes from start to end and you'll know the difference quickly. as far as the little one, is it a magnetic cap or screw on?
