cheronda74 @anabel1966 Great. They said I waited 4 days to complain, but I was out of town when it came in. However, they were nice enough to ask me to send it to them to investigate. I am glad you complained as well. The amount of money paid for the purse to be a fake is just wrong. Good Luck! Also, the site owner was unresponsive.
