Hi-which top had the issue with the seam?I’m assuming the sweater because you indicated right wrist. Can you take a pic and show me because I don’t know how I missed that?! I’m very sorry! I will accommodate you in any way but would appreciate if you could change my rating since I had no idea of the issue. Is there another item you’re interested in? Or would you like to return the item? Please reach out before giving a poor rating as I am more than accommodating and it was a honest mistake.

There must have been no issues with the other top? I also included a free gift and wrapped pristinely so I’m sure you realize that I’m not a dishonest person and take great care in my sales and packaging. I’m taken aback that you would assume I was being deceitful without reaching out first.

@7826river I will check posh policy with regards to paying the return shipping-it certainly should not be you so if that’s their policy then I will take care of it. I am not sure how to upload a pic other than if you reach out to poshmark wanting to make the return you can attach pics showing the reason. Hope this helps!

@7826river thank you for changing the rating-I really appreciate it. I sent a message to posh support asking them to please refund you the cost of the sweater. I also stated that I would accept the return unless a cost would be incurred to you for shipping - then I asked that they allow you to keep the item. I hope that is ok? Good morning Cherill! I’m sending your dress this morning. When I inspected it, I realized it needed dry cleaning, so I got that done Friday night. There is a slight bleeding of the black around the armpits on the inside of the dress. It doesn’t show at all when you’re wearing it, but it is there. When you receive it, please let me know if you’d like to return it. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All the best.
