Hi Cherry, I received a response from poshmark to provide more details. I explained your situation. However they also asked for you to also send in a request as you can only see the issue on your end. Can you contact poshmark- send an email and explain how you are not getting the discounted shipping. And I would take a screenshot of the price you are getting so they can see it. Thanks.
