@jackadocious - It appears this still has not been sent. Is this true? I am a costume designer and need them for a show next week. I don’t think they will arrive in time. I thought you take things on the weekend. I should have received by now, even going off the date here, they should be here. I need an update today, please.

@cre8ivmom I will head to the post office right now and find out what's going on. I had this happen with a package last week where I dropped it off and they didn't scan it for almost 3 days. I will also be filing a complaint with the Postmaster General of my area because this is completely unacceptable. I am so sorry. I will get back to you in a couple hours once I speak to them.

@cre8ivmom my apologies for not contacting you sooner. I did go down and speak to the post office and they told me they have a new employee that is not processing the express mail vs. Priority Mail properly and some of the things are being sent back. They said they do have a backlog they will find it in the back room and it will be showing scanned in the next 48 hours. That was yesterday.

@cre8ivmom well I do not want anyone to lose their job as I understand the loss of a job being recently laid off, I did ask to speak to the person supervisor and explain to them that this has gone on far too long and it is impacting my business as well as yours so with any luck this problem will be rectified. I do apologize greatly your package will be there in time.
