Right away, as I gathered the items she ordered I noticed that one of items had gotten damaged ( I think it happened when my clothes rack fell earlier that wk) I contacted her right away & apologized for what happened.

clothescaboodle @vickyss I offered her to choose anything from my closet w/no additional charge & said I'd be listing things today as well. In addition, I'd still send her the item she ordered. Otherwise, I'd be happy to refund/ cancel her order. She requested to see photos, which I tried to submit but b/c the item was listed as "sold" I was unable to.

clothescaboodle @vickyss My dilemma is: she's now asking that I post a new ( separate) listing of the damaged item. Vicky, how would you "gently" handle a situation like this? This was no fault of hers, as she thought she was purchasing something in great condition.
