changgykay @aslijaber The product itself is great and fabulous, and it’s my brand hence the purchase. I also appreciate the fast shipment. However, I gave a 4 star rating because of poor packaging (i.e. torn box - lacking protection). The package arrived torn and a little wet. I know you can very well improve in that area. I wish you nothing but the best in your future sales.
