lcarter233 Hey, I’m sorry your package you received was crushed, the package was sent in good condition. The post office rarely cares about such things and this happens sometimes, consider this when you review, think about the quality of the item rather then something that happened in shipping that is beyond my control. Thanks.

cnleclair @lcarter233 The item itself was fine, agreed. However packaging is a consideration for Poshmark rating. The crushed box wouldn’t have been an issue if it would have been packaged in a more substantial box or placed in a mailer. A seller can not control what the post office does after it leaves a facility, however they should try to take all steps to use more adequate packaging.
