hickernutt11 Hi there! When I tried to click on the order not as described button, so that I could select error, it doesn’t give me the option. It just goes straight to the rating and says status delivered. So I did a problem inquiry thing at the bottom and just selected order not delivered. Sorry I’m not very good at this. I have accidently shipped your item to someone else, I have already started a case and contacted them asking them to return. I have never mixed up any order.
