clemmons99 @adrencks I tried to take pics of shoes printed sizes, but the size isn't visable on the left one. I apologize for not getting back to you sooner, but with the holidays upon us, I have no time to worry about this further. This was a lesson learned for me, no hard feelings. I am very familiar with this brand of shoe and well...it is what it is. I know they are nothing like my other Miz Mooz and I have no foot injury or two different size feet to speak of.

clemmons99 @adrencks Also, I know you're not a department store, but throwing shoes someone is purchasing from you, in a shipping bag bare and having them shipped as you did is not a way to keep people wanting to purchase from your closet. Separating them (the shoes) in individual grocery bags in the shipping bag is better than nothing, in my opinion. It shows you care about your items...and that you want the buyer to receive them in the best condition possible. Take care and Happy Holidays.

adrencks @clemmons99 I appreciate your kindness and understanding of the confusion. I had no idea this was an issue and I've tried them on and never felt there was a difference in size. If I knew I would have obviously never tried selling them. However, I packaged the shoes in the bag because I had to leave town to come home for the holidays so I didn't have time to individually wrap the shoes because I didn't have anymore boxes to ship in. I am going on my first Really big 10 day 100 mike kayaking trip and I use to wear base layer clothing such as you are selling when I dated a military man....They do not look fancy but are Very warm. wildflower8316 Hello, I just want to say I truly apologize for your order not being what you expected. I have not gotten the hang of selling on here and I unfortunately made the mistake of using the stock pictures for the item without even realizing the chain is different in them. I didn’t even realize the chains were different when I received it from the wholesaler I got it from. I am embarrassed and upset about it myself. If you had contacted me I would’ve tried to work with you to resolve this.

I am a trustworthy person and never would intentionally send you a chain that didn’t match. It was a lesson I will learn from and never make that mistake again. I took great care to package your item beautifully for you and got it out on the 2nd business day because it was the weekend and also a holiday.
