kellylapratt I apologize for your disappointment. I did not know or see the marks on the purse but it does look like just that, I really don't think its a stain. as a suggestion only try using a wet or damp cloth with a bit of dawn dish soap and im syrup it will come off. again i apologize!

borowsc @kellylapratt it's all good. I was able tonget it off. there also is a tear/hole in the bottom corner , hutbthatbis also fixable as it is not all the way through. I still would give you 5 stars
