cca19 @almamickey - I am so sorry. I don’t know what is up with these mugs. I will send a replacement white one right away if that’s what you’d like, or I think you can not accept it and you’ll get a refund (I’m not sure how that works but please keep the one that did not break either way) If you’d like a replacement white one, I will find one as close and I can to the original and send it out today. Again, I’m so sorry.

cca19 @almamickey - Hello again Alma, I did not find a replacement mug I liked at Target so there are two coming from Crate and Barrel and have been shipped today. One has the striped texture of the one that broke and the other is white but smooth. I hope this makes up for what happened during shipping. Please let me know if they do not arrive. -Cheryl
