ecboutique Cheryl, just saw the case on the shrug. I am so so very sorry. Had I noticed the hole I would not have listed the shrug!! I’ve asked Poshmark to return your money and you may keep the item. Hopefully you can repair it but if not just throw it away. Again, I am so sorry!! Please continue to follow my closet and if you see something else you’d like in the future just remind me about the hole in the shrug and I’ll try to send an extra discount!! Have a great week:-)

cherrypointe @eclectikos I’m sorry...I am new to Poshmark. I didn’t realize 4 stars is considered needs improvement. I’ve given every sale so far 4 stars, but you are the first to ask about it. Guess I’ll need to give 5 stars from now on.

eclectikos @cherrypointe Oooh! That makes sense. Yes, it’s the 5 stars they consider “no problems” (I think the word they use is “perfect”) and fewer than 5 indicates degrees of issues you had with the transaction or the item itself. Just weird Poshy stuff to learn! I think you can go back and edit ratings anytime if you’re into that. I am just relived to know it wasn’t due to an issue. Thanks for replying! 👍
