hoarderhaven Thank you so much for your order which was mailed and I don’t know why it isn’t tracking, I’m so sorry. What part of Dallas are you in? My daughter lived there for 20 years just moved to Houston, but my son-in-law is still in Dallas. I really love Denton but I’ll probably never be able to go there again. Is Dallas your hometown?

cherylmccue @hoarderhaven I received the bag today but unfortunately the clasp doesn’t latch. So as soon as you put anything in it it doesn’t even stay folded. It’s really cute but of no use to me without the clasp connecting. I can’t figure our what’s wrong with it but it just doesn’t connect to close.

hoarderhaven @cherylmccue i’m so sorry about that, I am an honest seller and I never noticed this. If I had I certainly would have said so. Is there someway we can correct it, I could offer something else anything near the same price range I could send at no cost except the postage perhaps. Like an exchange for example.? They don’t allow returns here, & I never returned things on so many low priced things I bought. I’ve always had an exchange policy though.

cherylmccue @hoarderhaven I do believe you just missed seeing this, however I’m not interested in an exchange. If something is not as listed, even inadvertently like this, the buyer can reject the item through Poshmark and send it back to the seller.
