plainjen I have an issue w/ an item I received, a linen button down top, the collar area is very yellow, and not sure I want to take chance of bleaching it. I can send pics if needed. It is still in the clear package.

lovedgreatly @plainjen I’m so sorry! I had it in a tote with some other clothes. Would you want to try and just wash it? Without bleach…. I hardly ever use bleach, so I never recommend it. If you don’t want to I understand. I’m not sure why it yellowed…. I certainly want you to be happy with your purchase. I’ll check the rules and go from there. Cheryl

lovedgreatly @plainjen ok, I understand and I’m sorry!!! I looked up how to do a refund, go to your account, there is a place for contact support and then you can ask for a refund. It appears I cannot give you a direct refund myself, you have to initiate a problem with the order - you will get a refund though.
