Hi! Was hoping to contact you a different way. Happy that you loved the royal blue Renew Shawl. There should be a return of funds back for the purple Renew shawl. It was sold off-line together with my Sleeveless Revolve Dress. I am so sorry.

@czelmer I am sorry. Someone noted that I also had the Sleeveless Renew Dress in purple and purchased the two together. Most likely because the colour was discontinued.
I had almost given up hope that they would even be seen as Poshmark does not have Encircled as a brand to filter with.
The fact that they sold one day apart was a surprise.
I know you will love the royal blue. The colour is also discontinued in the shawl but is so flattering on everyone.

@czelmer hi. I have sent another message to Poshmark support. I cancelled the second order and also explained what happened.
There is a note on main screen advising that transaction settlements can take longer than the 2-3 days.
I will continue to check.
My sincere apologies on this mess.
I was hoping we would have been able to do this all off-line as I could have met you in the NW. I just moved from Hawkwood a year ago.
