lilmb3 Hi, there. I'm certain you've seen my offer and was hoping for a response when you're able. A reasonable offer is typically 1%-20% in the PM community, so I hope you're not perturbed by the offer and have not responded as of yet due to that reason. Starting a new job in 2 weeks and need comfortable shoes that I can wear all day and look polished and professional. Not much wiggle room in budget, but appreciate your consideration.
