deborahwagner35 Sorry, but I don't feel that is a fair review. The sweater was absolutely brand NEW and never, ever put in the dryer. I stated it was designer which, as you know, does run small. I even put all of the measurements in my comments. I hid nothing in my photos or comments. I was very honest about the fit. Everyone sees this and it hurts my sales. If you could revise your review, I would greatly appreciate it. This does hurt my Ambassador status too which I have worked very hard on.😢

deborahwagner35 I'm just very hurt and upset. I am an extremely honest and fair Posher - read my reviews. I mailed the sweater out immediately (so no delay other than USPS), I wrapped the sweater on the inside with white tissue paper to help prevent wrinkles and then wrapped the outside with another layer of tissue and taped it to secure it in shipping. I put it in a brand new box too so cleanliness/packaging just doesn't make sense - it was brand new, never worn, from a smoke free home.

deborahwagner35 Absolutely NO spots, stains, soil, pilling, smell of any kind! It came from a non-smoking home (my Mom passed away from lung cancer and I have never smoked). Who would put a cashmere sweater in the dryer? That's just not fair. I sent several thank you gifts and a card too. Measurements were clearly in my comments and I said it ran small. I am just not sure what else I could have done. Please, please update your review.

deborahwagner35 Thank you for updating your review. I really do appreciate it. I try very hard to wrap things up nicely so it feels like a 🎁. I spend a fortune in bubble wrap and fresh wrapping paper. I'm very sorry it didn't fit you but it just ran small which is why I was careful to put that in my comments along with pictures of the measurements - bust, waist, length. I am still getting people liking it. I would just resell it. You could probably get more than I sold it for anyway.

deborahwagner35 My reviews have always been five stars. Sorry, if I was a little emotional about my response but I knew that it wasn't put in the dryer. It is brand new, right from NM. I wish you had contacted me. I would have done my best to make it right. That's just me. Disappointed that I didn't get five stars but I appreciate the change in your review very much! deborahwagner35 I just wanted to let you know that I am continuing to get likes and inquires on the cashmere sweater. You should just REPOSH the sweater since this is the perfect time of year to sell it. I also wanted to mention that I have another XL sweater in my closet that you may like that runs true to size. It is from J. Jill but it is the perfect weight for right now. I will tag you on it.

I though I was hitting it as a positive. I'm truly sorry and embarrassed. deborahwagner35 @chiarakuhns My husband as well and he was just diagnosed with prostate cancer, so I totally get it. You can change your review/rating even after it is posted. Wish it was a five but it is what it is. To resell/re-Posh under your account, look for MY PURCHASES. Look for the sweater and the RE-POSH button. You can change the price as I believe it was originally listed for $99. Just relist the item. Hope you are feeling better.

deborahwagner35 Another suggestion is you can create a bundle, add the sweater, and then have a conversation with another Posher there. It will not be visible to the general public. Posh yes, other Poshers no.

deborahwagner35 You did it!!! Great. Now don't forget you can change the price back to $99 or whatever you want. Thanks for the five stars! I have tested twice since my hubby got Covid. I'm still negative. He probably has a week immune system because of the cancer.
