jmhboutique @carrie8048 Prior to cancelling your order I had reached out to Poshmark for steps on how to do this. They just informed me how to cancel from my end in which I did. Maybe give it some time to see if the system updates to a cancellation. Thinking maybe they have a cancellation approval process on the back end. Let me know if anything.

carrie8048 @jmhboutique hi Jessica, Since it’s now December 1, I just wanted to close the loop on this order. It never showed cancelled on my end, only “awaiting shipment.” I didn’t get a refund and though I emailed customer service a couple times, they were absolutely no help - almost like they weren’t fully reading my emails. It was odd. In the end, I just waited the seven days and cancelled myself using “order delayed.” I’m really glad you gave me a heads up instead of ghosting. Much appreciated! 🌸

jmhboutique @carrie8048 ok. I actually literally got an email from Posh stating not to ship the order due to “delayed order.” Your refund should definitely follow shortly. Just telling you what they are saying on my end as the seller. Maybe this is their process with a cancellation.

The drawing is half of the original done by a street artist in Times Square the night I got engaged in ‘99. Though I’m not an artist, I am a once-upon-a-time opera singer so we do have an “arts” connection. ☺️ Thanks for the tip on the streaming classes! Sending head butts and purrs and 🥜♥️...

I am so sorry about your little kitty. When you are ready there are so many animals just waiting to be adopted at your local humane society. I work in rescue.
