chrisp2015 Hello chiffon thank you for making the purchase hot pink Dempsey bag.I pulled it out of my bin,where I kept it stored to ship it out and there was a accident with the bag I had a nail sticking out of the framing of the closet and it ripped right up the side of the bag there's a huge rip in the front. I canceled the order. I apologize for that since it's been canceled your money will be refunded. I have many others if your wanting me to post
