netsatwork @emilyborne22 Hi! Yeah, sorry, poshmark kind of leaves you with "accept" or "return" as the only options. They are nice boots, but the toe indentations on the inside don't match up with my husband's foot (especially the right one for some reason) and they are just too uncomfortable for him to wear. I'm sure they could be rebuilt by Alden, but I think that is a substantial amount of money on top of the $135. I hope someone else's foot might have better luck. Thanks for following up!
