I've never had this happen before on my end, but I did receive wrong item from another seller. Poshmark issued me a shipping label, and I sent the item to the correct buyer. I'm not sure how Poshmark will handle this case, but don't worry you will definitely receive your coat or a full refund. Again, I just feel terrible about this
