maryrudolph64 hi .. yes is is somewhat stretchy(it is very flattering) measurements laying flat are bust 18"(again, flat) waist 15" hip 19" the length is 33 " the lining ( basically a slip) is extremely stretchy so it really creates a nice form and flow for the dress
