lotu5 Hello ,it should be fine, the bra is well made & is very sturdy. The material holds all of the stones & they are binded well. The bra isn’t lightweight at all. I wouldn’t recommend doing anything aggressive. Normal dancing is fine.

lotu5 No, tightening the straps shouldn’t cause any damage. There are open slots between each stone for loosening: tightening all straps.
