I assumed if Posh mach alerted you about the same vicevasa they should have notified me, since l am also affected. Our last communication was 5 days ago and you did not bother to come back to me.

@csimunyu the package was dropped off at the Post office. It is missing. I have had packages take longer before leaving, so I was hoping it took a detour. I contacted posh and went to the PO. It has to be 21 days before I can file a claim. I have the paperwork and will fill it out and turn it in as soon as it is at the 21 day mark.

@csimunyu I have never had a package missing before and I have sent out over 200 on the last 7 mos. :( if you have more questions, I am glad to answer them. You can also contact Poshmark. They are aware of this

@csimunyu Good morning. This is the first time I have had this issue. I am unsure of Posh policies. I have no control over the funds. I did go back to the post office yesterday and the manager told me I have to wait 30 days to file a claim. Last time I was there they told me 21. I will check in with Posh again today and see what they say. You should do the same.

@csimunyu Just am FYI. I wrote Poshmark again and asked them what I am supposed to do. They are really good with customer service. I know if you write them, they will help you! That is what us sellers give them 20% of our sales for. Warmly, @michelad
