Hey sweetie I am so sorry! I had some of my things stored at a storage facility and I have a few complaints about smoke odor and other things. I moved them out of the facility once I bought my own shed for storage. I could have made this a much better experience for you and I truly apologize. @long4435 I went through and deleted about 70 things that had been stored at one time at the storage facility. So everything that is posted now has never been anywhere but my house. I do not smoke and although I have 2 cats they are outside cats. Occasionally they want to come in but very rarely. A little febreeze and vacuum and all is well. We have an outside dog and her hair finds its way into our house all the time, that's life! The big stains and then the gaping hole on front of dress were surprising and I haven't had this experience on pm before. I will not ask for any money back since you did make an effort to correct the situation but left the review to help you not have this happen again and I think you saying you will be more diligent is a great idea. Hello, I have been trying to get a hold of you because as I was packing your items last night, I noticed three areas where the stitching is flawed. If you zoom in to picture six, there are three areas with one of the double stitching has come loose in leotard 2. In leotard 1 there is a bit of a fuzzy patch on the back bum area, you can also see a minimal darker color because of the patch.
