ddpalmer2 Thank you for your purchase of the Jos A Bank black patent men's shoes. They are being shipped out this morning. Please note....I placed shoe lasts in the shoes to hold their shape. These will need to be removed before wearing. They are thin and might not be noticeable. Thank you again! Donna

chlemerson Hi @ddpalmer2, Unfortunately, I tracked the shoes today and they are being sent back to you by USPS. I have no idea why since I checked the address you sent it to (or at least the one I listed on the shipping) and it is fully correct. It says insufficient address, but I included by Box number in the address I sent you so that shouldn't be the case. Can you double check what address you sent it to and I'll check with the Post Office too? My husband really really needs these for a wedding

ddpalmer2 @chlemerson Oh my goodness! Poshmark provides the labels for sellers to print and that has the address the buyer provides so I know this is not something that was done incorrectly on my part. I hope the post office will go ahead and deliver the shoes to you. There are lots of things going on with deliveries these days. Hoping this all works out for you and me! I have not been notified of any return but I will let you know if I hear something.

chlemerson @ddpalmer2 We just checked the address on the package and Poshmark and Poshmark deleted our Box number from the shipping address which is really confusing and concerning that they just delete parts of addresses. The package will be sent back to sender and then it will need to be shipping back out to us with BOX 4634 clearly labeled on the shipping label or somewhere on the box. Can you help us with this? We need these shoes in less than 2 weeks so the shipping might need to be rushed

ddpalmer2 @chlemerson I will do all I can to ship them back to you as soon as I receive them but I must use Poshmark's label that they provide to follow their procedures. Reply with your correct address here and I will check to make sure it is right before I send them back to you. Again, I am so very sorry about this and want you to have the shoes for the wedding!!

chlemerson @ddpalmer2 Thanks so much for helping. If you could have a label ready to go and send the package back as soon as you receive it (or maybe even ask Poshmark if they will do expedited shipping) that would help ensure we get them on time. It just needs to have "Box 4634" written on the 2nd line. You can even take a sharpie and write that directly on the box clearly

ddpalmer2 @chlemerson Thank you for giving me this address. I will mail as soon as I receive it BUT I will have to have the label that Poshmark provides me in order to ship it back to you following their guidelines. I cannot ask them to expedite but you may be able to do so. I will make sure it goes out as soon as I have the shoes and the label and will take it to the post office so it will go out as soon as possible.

ddpalmer2 @chlemerson Please contact Poshmark to explain the situation so they can advise you how to change your address. They will need to send me a label with their tracking info in order for me to be paid by them. I cannot send them without their label as I would have to pay for the label and then would not be paid by Poshmark when you receive the shoes. It is so bad this has happened like this! The best thing to do may be for me to relist them & then you buy them again after you change address.

chlemerson OK maybe a relist asap will do the trick. Unfortunately, Poshmark does not have an available phone number for support. I submitted a support ticket earlier last week and let them know of the issue. How will the refund work for the relisting? I have not been refunded from the original order yet.

ddpalmer2 @chlemerson I have not been paid and you and I both need to tell Poshmark that you did not receive them. They do not process your payment until the transaction is complete so I don't believe you have been charged. I have relisted the shoes. You can change your address with Poshmark to wherever you want them delivered and as soon as you purchase them I will get them ready to go out first thing in the morning. Again, I am sorry this has happened to both of us! Very stressful! Thanks again!

chlemerson OK great. I just placed the order again with new shipping address. Please, if you could check the printed label Poshmark provides to make sure it says "ATTN: AUSTIN HOPKINS" on it next to the Concorde Hotel then that would be great!!
