What is the custom/best way to communicate with anyone who buys an item and then feels the item does not fit them? Should Poshers send them a note? Do we offer to help share the item if they relist it? Do refunds ever get issued? Curious about the best way to respond based on your experience...I want to be super considerate :)! Cheers & thanks for any thoughts!

posh_castle @dbonet11 Hi! So, buyers are not supposed to rate you based on whether the item fits or ask for a refund for that reason (unless you made an error in your description etc). I typically apologize to the buyer and let them know they can relist the item if they want, but it’s unfortunately just part of the risk of buying on Poshmark and you shouldn’t feel bad about it!! Hope that helps
