schinhow28 @chloeleach it won’t let me cancel the order since it’s already been delivered and I changed the rating. Also in terms of sending it back to you that’s a bit unfair that I have to pay out of pocket for shipping

chloeleach @schinhow28 I've initiated an order cancelation. I'm not positive, but I think poshmark will provide a return label for you so you can return these. Once that is all confirmed, I'll get the correct item out to you ASAP!

chloeleach you need to open a case in order for anything to be fixed. as far as I know, poshmark isn't really great about replying to emails

chloeleach @schinhow28 I want to send it to you, but I have to go through the correct procedure. are you using the same page where you reviewed the item? right underneath, it should say "problems/order inquiry". I also initiated a case, but poshmark says it's waiting on your response

chloeleach @schinhow28 well the only other option I can offer is for you to just mail them back to me on your own, and when they arrive, I can send the correct ones and try to refund you somehow for the return shipping. Not sure what else to offer at this point, I'm sorry. I've tried all the standard procedures.

chloeleach @schinhow28 I'm not sure how we would do a refund for shipping, because poshmark is extremely strict about not allowing the exchange of personal information or payment methods. so no guarantees if we go that route.
