paynes1 Hi, I was wondering if you could offer me advice about the prices of my items. If you'll read my "meet your posher" you'll see where they've come from. I'm from Oklahoma, and there isnt much need for luxury. I have a few pieces from when we go to NYC or LA, but not much. Any advice you have to offer is much welcomed. Your closet is beautiful!

Even if you don’t know it do your best to add something! That gives buyers a better idea of what was paid for the item and what the discount is/ offer is!

chloecapture @paynes1 my second tip is to look into the Poshmark search engine for what’s sold for similar items. You want to be competitive and completely firm on the lowest you’ll go! Remember Poshmark fees! 💕💕

paynes1 There needs to be a PM feature on here. I'm dealing with my 1st customer who has purposely either A: damaged the item I sent because idk why or B: just feels like being nasty. I almost blocked this person previously due to low balling continually & arguing. Finally sold item and now this? You seem to have been at this for awhile, what would you do? I've contacted ps CS.

chloecapture @paynes1 so you have a case open correct? Screen shot those back and forth low balls. Hopefully the see that it was trouble from the start. My suggestion is to ALWAYS take photo moving forward. Always! I had a girl add a hole to a dress that had to little dings as listed, she was so rude and off putting... I told her to just keep the candy and card to send it back, my husband will patch up the old and new dings.

paynes1 @chloecapture thank you. I figured you would know what to do, and put me at ease. She was saying it wasn't wrapped. I'm like um...I put 6 layers of thick tissue plus did this gorgeous tie up on it like I use to do when I shipped for a high end boutique

chloecapture @paynes1 i would have replied something along the lines of the buyer said the item was damaged. Now is saying it was wrapped when I did In fact wrap that as I would ANY of my Poshmark orders.

chloecapture @paynes1 sometimes people are just in a blah mood and try to take it out on you but always stay calm, keep the “proof handy”, use any text from the case or prior that can be used against them to win the case. ( I like to think of it like I’m at court lol) I really don’t like when I’m not in the wrong and my money is on hold due to craziness or what have you. It’s insane how much time some of these people have to try and scam and all that.

chloecapture @paynes1 if I’m in the wrong shame on me and I’ll fix it for them ASAP! Had a buyer a few days back marked the transaction as “item not received” the day I sent it out... I’m like uhhhh what? That’s a first, the gal lived in NY too....I’m in Chicago... I’m like there is no way that would make it to them that fast... even had another transaction in the same area sent at the same time LOL. I’m shaking my head going.... I’m pretty sure.... I’m going to win this one with no argument, awesome !!
