@coco_bean_chloe so if someone wants to buy your item they can send an offer and you will get a notification and you accept it or you can haggle and send offers back and forth, or they can just hit the buy now button and purchase. Once you make a sale you’ll get the shipping label in your email, just print it, pack your item in a brown box or you can get boxes from usps for free, and then ship, and done!

@coco_bean_chloe yes it is only for clothing and accessories, you can see the rules on your username tab at the bottom right, then Poshmark support center, then community guidelines, it says everything that is allowed. There are some different things that are allowed like phone and laptop cases

@coco_bean_chloe it goes into your balance automatically when the buyer receives the item and you can either spend it on the app or you can transfer it to your bank

@coco_bean_chloe if you look in your balance on the top right green money icon on your profile link there’s a pending section and a redeemable section, it has to be in redeemable
