brdekrem22 Hi Chloe. I am so sorry the jacket didn't work out. I feel terrible as I always want everyone to be excited with their purchase. In my mind I thought it was in excellent condition for being 15 years old, but the zipper/cuff escaped me. I tried to respond to the complaint earlier but I kept getting an error. I'm glad it was rectified. While I'm sorry you did not get the jacket, I'm glad you will get your refund to spend elsewhere. Be safe and well Kristi
