Yes. Just wait 7 days … If the seller doesn’t ship by then, you can CANCEL the order directly on the
app …
I wouldn’t do business with a seller who blocks
you … You can reach out to the POSHMARK
STAFF and report the problem with Seller

1. Go to Table Of Contents List
2. Click on Poshmark Support Center
( on the 7th bottom section )
3. Click Contact Poshmark Support
4. Fill Out All Sections :
( attach an optional file )
5. Click Submit / Send : That’s All !
6. Give Poshmark 1 to 2 Days To Reply

@evelynbwong Thanks I’ve done that several times. I think the problem is that Poshmark has the item as In Transit when it actually is not. Label was created on 10/26 but USPS never received item. I spoke to them. I keep contacting Poshmark to contact Seller to see what the problem is. Like I said I can’t contact her. Very frustrating and I don’t think I’ll be buying from Poshmark anymore. You can’t talk to support. Thanks for your help!!

sorry to hear that … This is what I think may
have happened : Maybe the package was
dropped off by the seller, but item hasn’t
been scanned yet by the post office. A lot
of sellers just bring their packages, and drop
them into a metal receptacle. If a package is
small, it could be hidden at the local post
office …

You COULD call the local post office of the
city and state you bought the item from. ☎️
The Post Master can look up your tracking #
to see if it ever got scanned. Diligent sellers
get their packages scanned by the front desk
clerk immediately. That way, tracking begins
and the package is on the move towards the
buyer’s home … Did you spent lots of money
on the item ? The seller will never get paid,
if the item hasn’t been delivered yet … 💜💜

@evelynbwong Maybe that’s what happened. Seller might have just dropped it in a bin. It’s been kind enough that she should know. It’s a handbag which is big so I’m sure the package didn’t get lost. I don’t know... I’m hoping poshmark Support can get to the bottom of this.

Yeah. Me too. One time, I ordered a package
that was suppose to arrive in two - three days,
but it took a month … It turns out that my
small package got tossed out of the scanning
machine and was hiding at one of the transit
locations … It’s rare for this to happen, but it
does occur 5% of the time …

What did Poshmark Support say ? Did they
help you at all ? I’m sure that when 7 biz
days pass, you can STILL cancel on the app.
If the package suddenly shows up, you can
still keep the item … I’m not sure if you can
still rate after a cancellation … 😎😎😎😎

I’ve never heard of any problems like this or what you had. I must have been lucky all these years. Poshmark Support sent me an update that said sorry about the delay but they are sure that it will be back on track soon.... something like that. I keep sending them my response that this item has never been scanned. I’ve called USPS and that’s what they said!! Ugh. So frustrating. This was ordered 10/24. Yesterday was 7 bus days but I still don’t have the option to cancel yet.

Can you message Jessethestrange and ask her to check her sold/shipped items? Mine was. Vince Caputo leather slouchy hobo bag. Purchased 10/24. Last message I got from her she said she was shipping this out on 10/26. I sure would appreciate anything you could do to help me. No one is helping!!

Ordered 10/24 and her last message read she was shipping this out on 10/26. You would think she would be checking shipped orders that arnt scanned yet!!!
