ocgjrgacg @mikebaza I apologize but I can’t do that...each bundle is individual. I am greatly coming down on my prices as well so I hope that helps. Poshmark automatically charges the shipping. With the amount you are buying, if everything was in one box, the shipping would have to be increased anyway due to the weight. It is probably best to have 2 separate orders in the long run.

ocgjrgacg @deanabennett Oh no...there has been some mixup with my labeling! I completely apologize! Please open a case with Poshmark so we can get some return labels printed out so I can get the items back and CORRECTLY send them to the right buyers! (This truly hasn’t happened before!). I apologize...but please open a case. I have already heard from another buyer who had their item mixed up too.

ocgjrgacg @deanabennett I realized the mistake after another buyer noted the same thing. Unfortunately a few labels were inadvertently placed on the wrong packages. I apologize. Please “open a case” with Poshmark so they can supply return labels to me so that I can get the items back and then resent to the proper owners. I am truly sorry and hope to correct this ASAP.

deanabennett @ocgjrgacg i opened a case thru poshmark last night a couple minutes difference of contacting you. they said could take upto 48 hours to be contacted. we all have things going on in life (our family/church is going thru something terrible currently 💔). Mistakes Happen! you seem to be making every effort to make the situation correct. i guess it will take a little time. 🙂

ocgjrgacg @gorillafart66 I am at work now but what I told the other 2 buyers to do is to “open a case” with Poshmark. (I think you pick the tab that says “problems with order” and let them know what happened and they should issue you a return label to you to send that order back to me. Once I receive your orders back, Poshmark should help me send them correctly back to you). I am so sorry for the mix up! I am mortified this happened! We will get it fixed!!

ocgjrgacg @gorillafart66 I see that posh says they’re issuing a label to send this to other buyerr...what they don’t realize is that if you send that, then you will be sending it to the incorrect buyer and the other buyer will be sending you a wrong item too. Posh thinks there are only 2 buyers involved when there are really 3 whose labels got mixed up (the 3rd buyer hasn’t opened a case yet so Posh doesn’t know their issue yet) I am trying to handle thru email & hope they look at it & correct it ASAP

ocgjrgacg @deanabennett I don’t think posh received your case/problem yet. The other 2 mixed up buyers are being issued labels to each other and they again are going to get the wrong items because they aren’t “aware” that you are a part of the mix up too. This is such a mix up. I wish they would send me the items back and I reissue them! Please contact them again. I am really trying to resolve this! So sorry!

deanabennett @ocgjrgacg i contacted them again. i also sent over a copy of what i ordered and a pic of what i received. it dont give a confirmation # or case # it just says someone will be contacting me in the next 24hrs. 2 days ago when contacting them they said 48hrs. So,, u are trying to correct this. i am pretty new to poshmark, and this is all i know to do is go to problems under poshmark and leave email address and detailed message. if u know of something else thst needs to be done please let me know.

deanabennett @ocgjrgacg i just heard back from poshmark. they said the funds had already been issued to the seller but they were going to issue a one time refund and to keep the item received. 🤷‍♀️ i have no use for this hat. they also told me in the future to open a case within three days of receiving wrong item, well i opened a case the same day as receiving. 😣 so what do i do with this hat?
