moonshineblind @hazeleyesn2016 yes but its possible I got a bad batch because I buy them factory wholesale but the still should not have been sent they are supposed to be quality checked! Ok so take a pic of the issues, go into your settings, click on " my purchases" click request refund and go from there. I cant tell u how sorry I am and I wouldnt blame you if you didnt want to shop me again but I would like to offer u 10$ credit for your inconvienience

moonshineblind Honestly I did everything I could I wrote posh Mark about five times about this issue they never contacted me back I'm sorry that's the riserva seems to really stop that's not my fault my hands are tied I don't know what to do about it I'm sorry you feel like you're not real but they are I don't appreciate you slandering me on my page that's just not nice I was going to just send you a check for a partial refund until I read that stuff

I don't appreciate being ripped off, you made about $200 off me, I have defective jewelry that embarrassed me when pulling it out to give to my mother. moonshineblind I'm sorry I went on vacation and I've been super busy and I forgot about this issue it's the honest truth… I am an honest person if you put these as listings on your page I'll buy them back and you'll get your money back that way and just so you know I put in three letters to posh Mark about this and never heard back from them their customer service sucks and it's really not my fault I stop selling these when I became aware that they sucked I would not intentionally sell something

moonshineblind I thought about it and if you put them up for sale as listings is the only way I can give you your money back is to buy them from you and I'm so terribly sorry this happened and I have bought a bunch of these from eBay thinking they were The real deal and I was really excited about it but after your experience I quit selling them even though I have like five of them left and I've lost a lot of money on this

I hope you understand what I had to block you because this kind of communication would hurt my Business and I rely on this to help my son with school, I hope you understand. moonshineblind Number one take pictures of the items and post them on your closet price them at the same price that I charged you. Number two I will purchase them from you so you can send them back to me. Number three you will have your money back I will have my items back. And everything will be straightened out. It's super easy I can give you your money back in 10 minutes, no problem.

I pride myself on fast shipping & giving great customer service... which is why I repeatedly tried to message you to make sure you were happy. I saw on the review you gave me that you said tat the item description could be improved. What exactly are you taking issue with? I used the basic Torrid description from when I purchased the item.
