ciaoarmoire @yancey4444 I was able to check your tracking and it looks like whoever received the package is sending it back to me. Once I receive it I can contact customer service. From there you can cancel the order to get your money or I can send it to the correct address. Whatever you would like. Just be sure to update your Poshmark contact info with your correct address if you still want the jacket.

ciaoarmoire Customer service may take just a little bit longer than normal because of the heavy shopping season. But once I received the package things will move quicker. My store will be closed Wednesday evening 11/24 - Friday 11/26 afternoon for Thanksgiving. Please don’t be alarmed if you see that. It will be back on Friday afternoon and we will get everything sorted and taken care of for you.

yancey4444 @chaoarmoire I see Poshmark possibly issued me a refund and cancelled my order? They said it would reflect on my original method of payment but would take 10-14days. Did you receive the jacket back in the mail???

ciaoarmoire Unfortunately, It looks like the only way to process this is to relist the item and have you re-purchase it. I can wait until you receive your funds and relist it to make sure you get it or do it now if you still want it
