dsf58 Chris. I am so sorry. I sent you the wrong pair of shoes. I contacted Posh and they should send me a new label and issue one for you to return the others. I feel so awful. I was trying to make the post office before they closed. I just grabbed the wrong pair.

dsf58 I think if you go to the tab under “my purchases” and it should say “waiting acceptance” Click on it and there should be a place to report an issue.

pinecone60 @dsf58 The issue is that you accidentally sent the wrong shoes. You told me you would have s returns label sent to me, and I have yet to receive it.

dsf58 @pinecone60 I contacted Posh the minute I realized what had happened. I will contact them again. I can’t physically issue you a label. Posh has to send it You need to let them know that you got the wrong shoes. They don’t know you have received anything unless you accept and report the issue. Then they will send you a return label.

dsf58 Well Chris, I had all the faith in the world that Posh would make this right but I finally got a reply from them saying they can’t issue a label because the funds have been released and for me to contact you I’ll paste the response I got.
