I sent you a brand new northface for less than half of what I paid originally! Awesome product, with fast shipping and you only have it a 3/5 😔 The rating is supposed to be about the seller 🥺

@jad7333 you're right. comments should have focused on the listing as drafted. accurate but not entirely helpful. additional description (like TKA 100 or light fleece jacket) would assist buyer in assessing whether to purchase. that in my mind is the separator between the 3's and the 4's/5's. so, in short, better descriptions with more info will get you the high scores you want. good luck and best wishes
