akindredspirit Dear Chris: I am so sorry about the confusion regarding the shoe size. It’s strange that there would be one size embossed on the shoe’s sole and a different size inside the shoe. I am glad that you will be refunded for the sale and that you’ll be able to find a pair of shoes that fit! Take care. -Rebecca
