Hi Chris, My name is Naz. You purchased a pair of golf shoes from me. I Just realized I sent the right size, but the wrong pair. I really apologise for the trouble. Its the exact same pair and size, the only difference is, these have a small scuff at the front. I must say I don't appreciate the tone of threat in your message with a 12 hour expiration and where you draw a line. I offered you a discount as the wrong pair were sent out to you by mistake. Please feel free to return the shoes, or wait till poshmark tells me how to discount the purchase.

@brooklynbynancy apologies for the misunderstanding. the 12hr line is because that is how long I left on my timer before my card is automatically charged and you hadn't provided any direction. I understand this is something new for you but is also new for me. thanks for the update and please keep me posted.

@chrism664 hi Chris, hope all is well. Sorry my kids were sick and I couldn’t get away. I did hear back from them and they said there wasn’t anything I could do about the item sold. So instead I think it would be smart if you posted an item for the right amount and I can just purchase it. I think that’s our best bet.
