nursesremedy Hi, I just received your order back in the mail (Harley Davidson Jacket) with an insufficient address sticker. I used the label Poshmark sent me, so you may want to check your address settings. I've contacted customer service and I'm happy to re-send once they fix the label.

nursesremedy @chrismetzger The mailing label still has the same address, they have to re-issue a new label. A postmark rep sent me an email this morning to say they were going to verify your address and then re-issue the mailing label.

nursesremedy Once I get it I'll mail it right away. I work M-F but there is a post office right across the street from where I work.

nursesremedy It's no trouble for me, I feel bad you are waiting so long. I haven't heard back from Poshmark, and I've emailed twice more with no response. Did they actually reach out to you to get the correct address for the shipping label?

chrismetzger You send it to the right address… The package went to the neighbor and they refused it even though they know who I am I corrected my address so it says to mail it to Desert Tails Shelter with my name on it… They shouldn’t do that again

nursesremedy The problem is whether the post office will let me re-use the original label. Still haven't received anything from poshmark. I will try to take the package to the post office at lunch today and see if they will re-ship.

nursesremedy So the old label wasn’t good anymore, I was just going to pay to mail it but I checked my email and Poshmark finally came through with a new label. So I will print it once I get home and drop it at the post office in the morning. :)
