If you look in my closet by mistake you can clearly see I have the same photos of the wallet and that the one I sent you is similar. @leanngrimes Hi Leann, when I doubled check the status I read that they sent you a request to open a dispute case. Did you get that notification? And if so you need to reply so they can begin the process. Let me know how that goes. I will continue to follow up and check.

Yes, on my end I clicked refund and then waited for a response or some kind of request order. I went back to check on it and thats when I saw that they sent you a notification request.
I just emailed them now to help me with this process.
Im so sorry, Im still new at this and learning the process of things. Im not sure why you did not receive a request. I will follow up and get back to you as soon as possible.

@leanngrimes Oh sorry I just read this. I think you're supposed to click on dispute, then I will get a notification of the problem then I would accept the problem and I think this is where the refund process will begin.

@808_chrism They did not send notification . I do see it's just canceled under the item. and in the description it says refund and 10 or so days.
