krazykattz @amyellis311 i used factory packaging and added bubble wrap to inside and outside of box and marked fragile. the box was accepted by clerk at p.o. window. nothing moved inside when it was being bubble wrapped. sorry for the inconvenience. I send glass items all the time, never had a breakage.

amyellis311 @christinaann12 The package was in shreds, wrapped in gift paper and bubble wrap was paper thin. I have the immediate photos upon receipt. The two candle bowls were broken off. I will return as soon as I get a lable and a refund. I really wanted it, which makes it a bigger disappointment.
