Thanks for your interest in the Emanuel Ungaro jacket. I don't hike up prices of my merchandises. My asking price is far less than the cost for me. The jacket is brand new, never worn. The minimum I will take is $60, which is about half somewhere else.

First off, the jacket is brand new with tag, never worn and had no damages in it.
Here was the message I just sent to Poshmark.
I knew something strange must be happening to the packages that I had sent in the last two weeks. Because I kept getting messages from Poshmark that, "your item (name of merchandise) is back on its way to Buyer (buyer's poshmark ID)".

A buyer just told me that the merchandise that I sent to him/her is damaged in the post. The buyer's Poshmark is @apremma.
What should @apremma and I do in this case?
