asteria5 @hustle_mom not sure how to reach out to you besides here but it wasn’t shipped in bubble wrap but rather a regular mail envelope and the palette easily comes off out of the cartridge - it’s not glued in place like it should be so it’s going to start breaking apart as soon as it goes in the makeup case. Unless it was already unglued when you mailed it? Was this definitely unused and brand new? Didn’t arrive in its box either.
