chrissiekunkel Hi. I just returned from my trip and was notified that the package got stolen - well, I got the empty package but the content was taken out. :-( I just filed the report with the police. Such a bummer & definitely not your mistake. Wish I could tell you how the top fit instead.

anamarisav14 @chrissiekunkel Aww I’m so sorry to hear this🥺 That really sucks! I can’t believe some people grrr…They made out with the gift I sent you too. I’m so sorry this happened, but I’m also very glad to hear you filed a police report Can anyone reimburse you for your loss? Have you let Poshmark know? anamarisav14 @chrissiekunkel Hi Chrissie! Did you let Poshmark know about your stolen package? I was thinking about it some more and I really think you should let them know and also mention/remind them that it was your first PM purchase. They are very generous & fair and they might do something nice to encourage you to shop with them again—like maybe give you a partial credit or something for a future purpose. It can’t hurt 🤗

anamarisav14 @chrissiekunkel Good job on the police report. That’s a great idea that you filed it with your credit card company too. Do they usually pay in these types of situations? Were you planning on wearing the A & O top for a night out on NYE? It was like the perfect top for that so that’s why I tried rushing it out to you. I thought you would probably want to wear it on that night along with any other ‘night on the town’ 😉

I’m glad you got your money back, but very bummed you didn’t get that beautiful A & O top. Were you specifically looking for something sparkly? Or something pink?

anamarisav14 @chrissiemk Because if so—I have lots of other A & O sparkly tops & bodysuits NWT (New with Tags) in my closet. You should check it out. Try creating a filter under ‘Tops’ for category, ‘Alice & Olivia’ for brand, and then ‘Silver’ for color and they should come up…LMK if you find them 🤗
