lisarealtor64 Chrissy, I just pulled the pants out to ship them to you and found a small tear by the waistband. It can easily be stitched up but I would not charge what I charged you. I never noticed it until just now. I can write posh mark and cancel them for this reason. I am going to re list them at a lower price. $35 if you still want them let me know now before I list Them. so sorry. ughh lisa
