Hi! I'm Chrissy. I AM a strong 40 years old! I am a wife, Mom of 3, a school teacher and a fitness instructor! I have always had a strong passion for living a healthy life, but at certain points in my life I didn't make it a priority. I found a way to channel positive energy and took charge! I feel stronger mentally & physically, than I ever have in my entire life. I'm putting my family 1st and taking time off from my job as a teacher, so I'm purging my closet to compensate financially.
